My relationship with Method began in 2018, driven by my deep commitment to nurturing the next generation into capable leaders and valuable contributors to our community. While my own children did not attend Method, I bring with me a wealth of experience accumulated over 27 years of involvement with the Boy Scouts of America.
My journey within the Boy Scouts began in 1st grade as a Cub Scout, progressing through the ranks and ultimately achieving the Eagle Scout rank. For over a decade now, I have continued to pass on the torch of leadership by establishing and overseeing a troop in Raleigh. As of 2023, the scouts have successfully completed 9 service projects, offering opportunities for the youth to both learn and grow in the outdoor spaces provided by Method.
My motivation to be part of Method closely aligns with the core mission of the Scouting movement: the construction of a resilient and diverse community. It all begins with our youth and the impact we, as adults, can have in fostering diversity within our society while continuing to build the foundations of our community.
